Utility Patent Pending :
A patent application was filed in November 2006 and amendments in
response to the office action have also been filed with the US Patent
Office. Prior to filing a patent application, patent search was
performed by Patent Search
International. The results
indicated that there is no similar prior art, and a utility patent is likely to
be issued. The patent law office of Sturm & Fix subsequently
gave a favorable patentability opinion.
